Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and internal communications
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand materials
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries, including images, video clips, and design templates
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, photography styles, and video production techniques to continuously improve creative output
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, photo/video editing, and content creation
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting setups
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design, photography, and video work
