Job Description:

  • Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Actively seek new opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and utilizing various channels.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that reflects the sales prospects and the sales process.
  • Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received through emails, calls, and other channels.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential in the market.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve superior results and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Min diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the flavor and fragrance industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
