Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify the company's financial transactions
- Record and document transactions, as well as prepare financial reports
- Manage and organize annual tax returns (SPT) and tax invoices
- Manage and oversee banking transactions
- Prepare reports for PPh Articles 21, 23, VAT, and perform tax reconciliation
- Conduct reviews, analysis, and verification of costing procedures and reports
- Perform functions related to finance, accounting, and taxation
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics or Accounting
- At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Staff
- Familiar with Accurate Online, DJP, and E-Bupot Unifikasi systems
- Familiar with manufacturing accounting and banking applications
- Proficient in managing data using Excel
- Knowledgeable in Indonesian tax regulations (PPH Article 21, 23, and VAT)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions
- Able to work under high pressure and adapt well to rapid changes
- Good communication, negotiation, interviewing, and psychological testing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
