- Develop and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Improve performance across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media by analyzing user behavior and refining the digital funnel.
- Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Business Suite to guide strategic decisions.
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align campaign messaging, visuals, and delivery with overall marketing goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- achelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Skilled in tools like GA4, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Mailchimp/Klaviyo
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, targeting, and analytics
- Google, Meta, or HubSpot certifications are a plus
