Regional Sales Manager – Surabaya (FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care)

Job Description

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam pencapaian target sales baik dari sisi profit maupun volume di area regional.
  • Menyusun dan menyajikan laporan penjualan regional secara berkala.
  • Membuat forecast target penjualan kuartalan dan tahunan.
  • Memastikan seluruh KPI Regional dapat tercapai sesuai target perusahaan.
  • Melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi atas implementasi program kerja skala regional.
  • Merancang, mengatur, dan mengawasi aktivitas marketing, promosi, serta pengelolaan SDM untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan market share.
  • Mengarahkan dan memonitor tim dalam mencapai target sales, termasuk pengelolaan space display di pasar.
  • Memberikan coaching, training, dan motivasi kepada tim agar mencapai target bulanan dan tahunan.
Qualifications
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan relevan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Regional Sales Manager FMCG, dengan pengalaman khusus di area Jawa Timur, Sulawesi, Bali Nusra, dan Papua.
  • Latar belakang di industri Parfum, Kosmetik, Toiletries, Personal Care, atau Beauty Product (wajib).
  • Berpengalaman mengelola penjualan di distributor minimal 4 tahun serta memahami alur operasional distributor (Central & Regional Timur).
  • Memiliki pengalaman di manufacturing dan distribusi FMCG.
  • Menguasai strategi distribusi, pricing, serta perencanaan promosi.
  • Leadership kuat: mampu mengarahkan, melatih, dan mendorong tim agar berorientasi pada hasil.
  • Terbiasa menganalisis laporan penjualan dengan pendekatan result-oriented.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas intensif.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan kecepatan dan ketelitian tinggi.

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager – East will oversee business growth and sales execution across East Indonesia, including Surabaya, Central Java, East Java, Bali, Makassar, Manado, and Samarinda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the private Rx market.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out marketing campaigns and brand activation programs.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives within the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical marketing practices, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in ethical / branded pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record handling private prescription (Rx) or hospital sales channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Competitive, persuasive, and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned territories.
Business Development – HRMS

This role requires a proactive and results‑oriented individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the technology or SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Generate Leads: Proactively research and identify potential clients within target industries and markets who can benefit from our HRIS solutions.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and tailored presentations and demonstrations of our HRIS system to showcase its features and benefits.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop and present clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight the value of our solutions.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Stay Informed on Market Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the HR and HRIS space.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently strive to achieve and surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development or sales role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the benefits of HRIS solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market is a plus.
