About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive COO Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Operating Officer at PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Kendal Regency, Central Java and requires proficiency in Mandarin in addition to excellent administrative and communication skills.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments and organise travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and other materials as required
- Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
