Job Title: Executive Sushi Chef (Fusion Sushi – Multi-Branch Oversight)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Indonesian Sushi Chef with at least 10 years of professional expertise in sushi and fusion cuisine to take charge of our entire restaurant chain. From day one, the candidate will serve as the Executive Sushi Chef, responsible for menu creation, quality control, and chef training across all branches.
This is a leadership role with direct impact on the brand's culinary direction and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and innovation of fusion sushi menus across the chain.
Supervise and train kitchen teams in multiple branches to ensure consistent quality and standards.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service for all outlets.
Conduct regular audits of hygiene, safety, and quality (HACCP compliance).
Collaborate with management on ingredient sourcing, cost control, and supplier evaluation.
Act as the culinary ambassador of the brand, introducing new creative dishes that align with customer preferences.
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sushi chefs and junior staff in all branches.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional sushi experience, with at least 5 years in fusion or contemporary Japanese cuisine.
Proven ability to manage and supervise multiple kitchens simultaneously.
Strong leadership and training skills.
Creativity in menu development and modern sushi presentation.
Fluent in English (basic Arabic a plus).
