As a Product Manager at YouApp, you will play a role in driving the success of our platform by assisting in the development, enhancement, and management of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure the seamless execution of our product roadmap and deliver a user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners, to understand and provide product vision, goals and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and improve existing features.
- Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development.
- Work closely with the design, marketing and operational teams to create intuitive user interfaces and experiences for all parties necessary.
- Coordinate with integration partners, developer teams and other necessary parties to ensure timely delivery of necessities and resolve any roadblocks.
- Conduct product testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to identify trends and areas for optimization and improvements.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
- Support marketing and sales teams in creating product-related content and materials; conducting training if necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Specialist, or similar role in a tech or software company.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Passionate about creating user experiences and addressing user needs.
- Experience in the tech industry or with mobile applications is a plus.
- English proficiency with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
