This position is
project-based
, where the candidate will be actively involved in various collaboration projects with clients to support
organizational transformation
based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities;
- Support
organizational needs analysis
for clients. - Develop
OD intervention designs
such as organizational restructuring, talent management, performance management, and culture transformation. - Ensure project requirements are properly identified and fulfilled.
- Manage
project timelines, deliverables, and OD reporting
. - Prepare documentation of
assessment results, recommendations, and organizational development reports
.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in
Psychology, Management,
or other
Human Resources related fields
. - (Preferred)
Master's degree in
Industrial and Organizational Psychology
or
Human Resource Management
.
Experience:
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Organization Development
,
HR Consulting
, or
Change Management
. - Experience managing or being involved in OD projects such as
organizational analysis, structure design, competency framework, talent mapping, performance management system,
or
culture transformation
. - Experience in
direct interaction with clients or external stakeholders
within project contexts.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of
OD concepts and frameworks
(e.g.,
McKinsey 7S, Kotter's Change Model,
or
competency models
). - Excellent
analytical thinking
and
systemic perspective
. - Effective
communication and presentation skills
