Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader QC Desk Collection, located in Yogyakarta. The Team Leader will oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to standards and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing data for process improvement, supervising and guiding the quality control team, and implementing measures to maintain high service quality. Qualifications

  • Proficient in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and implementing actionable improvements
