Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to join our team at PT Ekosistem Digital Nusantara. As Head of IT, you will play a strategic role in leading and managing our company's dynamic and rapidly growing information technology function. This position is located in North Jakarta, Jakarta, and offers flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, systems, networks
- Repair and replace equipment as needed and Ensuring antivirus on all computer users.
- Perform routine physical and software maintenance for all devices (PCs, laptops and printers).
- Have knowledge about software and supporting hardware.
- Have good knowledge about networking Configure, Monitoring, and Troubleshoot, LAN, WAN, and hardware
- Ensure all infrastructure use in daily operations are in available and reliable condition.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, such as ISO
Qualification:
- Minimum education diploma or bachelor degree in IT field.
- Has experience in fintech industry would be preferrable.
- Able in analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Provide technical assistance to internal users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems on IT devices (PCs, laptops, printers, networking devices, etc.).
- Experience in configuring servers/data centers in network administration, network engineering, and network design.
- Experience in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs for hardware and software issues
Have experience in configuring networks using Mikrotik.
- Have experience handling VOIP problems and Have solutions and be a good problem solver.
- Willing to travel for business trips to Operational Office.
