  • Lead group business collaboration and joint venture (JV) opportunities.
  • Compile and analysis group business operation to support decision-making.
  • Establish, structure, and maintain regional entities in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Coordinate with external agents to ensure robust governance and compliance across offshore entities.
  • Conduct market and peer research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Assist board meeting arrangements.

Job Requirement

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, advisory, corporate development, or business development.
  • Strong capability in data gathering, financial/valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, creative, and highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of managing offshore entities is a plus.
  • Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
