- Lead group business collaboration and joint venture (JV) opportunities.
- Compile and analysis group business operation to support decision-making.
- Establish, structure, and maintain regional entities in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Coordinate with external agents to ensure robust governance and compliance across offshore entities.
- Conduct market and peer research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.
- Assist board meeting arrangements.
Job Requirement
- 4–5 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, advisory, corporate development, or business development.
- Strong capability in data gathering, financial/valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Self-driven, creative, and highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of managing offshore entities is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
