Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months)

Preferred (but not mandatory):

  • Prior internship experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Familiar with basic HR processes such as candidate screening or document filing
