Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months)
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Prior internship experience in HR or administrative roles
- Familiar with basic HR processes such as candidate screening or document filing
