  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate training for food safety, hygiene, and operations staff
  • Assist in developing HR policies tailored for the F&B environment (shift work, hygiene standards, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, or ISO standards where applicable
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and facility services
  • Provide logistical support for company needs and activities
  • Manage vehicle and driver schedules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience as Human Resources and General Affair in F&B industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, food industry regulations, and health/safety compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of F&B operations, kitchen/restaurant flow, or manufacturing/processing
  • Willing to be located in Tangerang
