- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate training for food safety, hygiene, and operations staff
- Assist in developing HR policies tailored for the F&B environment (shift work, hygiene standards, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, or ISO standards where applicable
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and facility services
- Provide logistical support for company needs and activities
- Manage vehicle and driver schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience as Human Resources and General Affair in F&B industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, food industry regulations, and health/safety compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of F&B operations, kitchen/restaurant flow, or manufacturing/processing
- Willing to be located in Tangerang
