Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HRBP will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include overseeing performance management, providing support on HR-related matters, and maintaining a healthy workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and understanding of HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in Performance Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- at least 5 years of experience in HR in the mining sector
