Role Description
This is an part-time role for an Event Specialist located in Bandung. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing events, managing event marketing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service during events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, handling event logistics, promoting events, and addressing participant inquiries. The Event Specialist will also be involved in sales activities to drive event participation and success.
Qualifications
- Based in Bandung
- Flexible and able to travel for event visits and on-site preparations
- Experienced in event management, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Strong communication skills, cooperative in a team, and adaptable to changes in the field
- Detail-oriented and capable of preparing structured activity reports
- Passionate about mental health and self-development
