We're looking for an experienced and proactive Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head to lead the maintenance and improvement of our facilities within the Special Economic Zone. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all buildings, utilities, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and in line with our development standards.

What You'll Do?
- To lead, plan, and manage the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all buildings and facilities within the Special Economic Zone.
- Ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with SEZ and government regulations.
- Focuses on operational excellence, preventive maintenance, asset value preservation, and continuous improvement to support investor satisfaction and sustainable zone development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, utilities, and building infrastructure.
- Leadership skills with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication, planning, and budgeting skills.
- Experience working within an industrial park, property management, or Special Economic Zone is a plus.
