Requirements:

Min bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business disciplines
Min 5-8 year of experiences in field such as financial analysis and controller role
Strong abilities to analyze financial data, forecast trends, and solve complex financial issues, and additional experience to manage large database and provide dashboard
Strong skills in database program (Ms. Access, Tableau, Power BI)
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong communication, self-driven and persistent

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to ensure run smoothly and efficiently, such as inbound/outbound process, inventory management, and order processing
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting to support financial and business decision-making
Work with Key Account Director and operation to develop financial strategic and provide financial analysis and recommendation to guide business decision
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency
Develop, implement, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and financial target
Validates employee data for accuracy and prepares reports on headcount and costs for business units to facilitate data-driven oversight
