Job Descriptions:

Analysis and solution definition:

  • Understands and analyzes business issues and data challenges aligned with user requirements
  • Reviews and analyzes requirements, specifications, and business processes with recommendations for proposed solutions

System Development Project Coordination:

  • Coordinates and monitors progress of the HR system development application project
  • Arranges project timeline for the overall HR application system development

Application Development:

  • Creates and manages technical documentation for implemented modules
  • Provides application support to stakeholders
  • Offers technical knowledge direction and evaluates to recommend further enhancement in application development
  • Identifies opportunities to improve business process efficiency
  • Provides alternative solutions and necessary modifications to fulfill user requirements
  • Offers troubleshooting guidance for issues in system development applications
  • Analyzes and verifies data reliability to support system development applications
  • Confirms overall content with users before application system development completion
  • Ensures completeness and proper documentation of the overall application development process
  • Coordinates with the team to ensure timely completion of the overall application development
  • Provides technical advice and solutions to enhance application development performance and business processes
  • Provides HCIS user guides for related users
  • Builds ad hoc reports as needed
  • Designs tables, stored procedures, and views
  • Creates user interfaces and scenarios
  • Maps modules to tables, stored procedures, and views

Supporting Management Activities:

  • Submits input related to system development to support further enhancements
  • Arranges evaluation reports for conducted projects
  • Performs additional tasks required by direct supervisor
  • Conducts activities related to the quality management system
  • Builds ad hoc reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Special skills: ERP HR, proficiency with .NET, SQL querying
  • Strong logical thinking
  • Willingness to be placed in Medan
