BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related major
- Min 3 years of working experience in Business Development, Tenant Relation or a similar role
- Up-to-date with the latest trend marketing & business
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
Responsibilities :
- Handling end-to-end deal process clients (identifying, presentation, closing boarding, etc)
- Have a good networking in retail or FnB area
- Responsible for leading the growth of Business Development
- Provide consultation & understanding potential clients need & requirement
- Excellent verbal communication skills to speak confidently
- Develop marketing strategies that align with overall Business Development goals and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to align opening tenant with marketing campaign, legal & operational team
