Job Description

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust branch strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in branch/sales management for at least 7 years
    within mechanical/electrical spare parts distribution or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and build team capabilities for long-term growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
