JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and develop Maintenance department.
  • Plan and monitoring all repair and maintenance activity in all store.
  • Maintaining all equipment inventory and order all the needed equipment.
  • Make monthly report also evaluate all the target and achievement.
  • Making a weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Marketing.
  • Make preventive maintenance with routine inspections of the facility and take immediate action to issues, to guarantee central kitchen or restaurant operation can run smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum A Bachelor from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Industrial engineering.
  • At least 10 years experiences as Engineer / Maintenance for Restaurant / Hotel or Kitchen Equipment Vendor with at least 5 years in managerial position with more than 15 subordinates.
  • Experience in troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment and machines, deal with general malfunctions and electrical installations, also making adjustments to HVAC systems.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance with routine inspections of the facility.
  • Smart and creative, also want to learn new things.
  • Positive attitude and highly driven.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
