Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead and oversee the entire IT Department. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, servers, security, internal applications, and IT support services. The successful candidate will ensure the department aligns with business goals, maintains high security standards, and delivers efficient, reliable IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the IT department, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage, supervise, and optimize IT infrastructure, systems, servers, internal applications, and data security protocols.
  • Oversee the IT ticketing system and ensure timely and effective resolution of user requests and technical issues.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organizational data and systems.
  • Monitor and drive team performance to ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and service level objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Lead IT-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and implementation of new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to IT and data security.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability within the IT team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, server maintenance, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong experience in managing IT projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams across departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively to meet KPIs and project goals.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ticketing systems) and internal system security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a results-driven mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang
