Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to review and advise on financial plans, ensuring alignment with revenue and profit goals.
- Deliver insightful analysis and challenge assumptions to drive informed, strategic decision-making.
- Provide financial input for client and vendor negotiations — optimizing pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
- Consolidate budgets and forecasts while offering interpretation and guidance to enhance financial planning.
- Assess client profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior finance leaders (Operational Finance Director, Financial Controller, Market FD) to implement best-practice financial planning across the business.
- Support resource planning, ensuring decisions align with short-, medium-, and long-term business priorities.
A bit about you
- At least 6 years of experience in financial planning, commercial analysis, or business partnering, preferably within a multinational or agency environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
- Confident communicator with the presence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g. SAP, or similar).
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail; you see the numbers and the story they tell.
- Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about driving business performance through financial excellence.
