Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HRIS Consultant/Implementator located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HRIS Consultant/Implementator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HRIS systems, analyzing business processes, employee benefits management, and providing HR-related support. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to customize HRIS solutions, conducting system testing, providing user training, and offering continuous support to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and databases.
- Create detailed technical documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD).
- Ensure database performance, integrity, and security.
- Coordinating system testing to ensure quality, security, and compliance with established requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system implementation.
- Conducting periodic evaluations of existing systems and providing recommendations for improvement or enhancement.
Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years as a System Analyst with advanced SQL expertise. Experience in the HRIS field is a plus.
- Hard Skills:
- Strong SQL (advance query, indexing, data modeling).
- Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
- Software Testing deep on technical (backend).
- Knowledge of SDLC and system design tools (UML, ERD).
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
