Job Description:
- Prepare evaluation reports and analysis on material usage, oil consumption, energy usage, and manpower utilization.
- Monitor and control COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and operational cost efficiency.
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs.
- Generate regular reports related to cost control activities.
- Willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
- Proficiency in cost control systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at the Semarang Plant.
