Job Description:

  • Prepare evaluation reports and analysis on material usage, oil consumption, energy usage, and manpower utilization.
  • Monitor and control COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and operational cost efficiency.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs.
  • Generate regular reports related to cost control activities.
  • Willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry.
  • Proficiency in cost control systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed at the Semarang Plant.
