General Manager Assistant – Requirements:
Under 30 years old
Majoring in Engineering or a Science-related field in university
Consistent career progression with work experience closely related to the field of study; minimal job-hopping preferred
Fluent in English
If previously engaged in sales, preference for experience in direct sales of industrial products
Assist the General Manager in daily operations, strategic planning, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on action items.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and business reports to support management decisions.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth execution of company policies and initiatives.
• Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks for the General Manager.
• Assist in business negotiations, contract reviews, and documentation as required.
• Facilitate communication between the General Manager and external partners, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the company's operations and objectives.
