Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's degree in all majors. Occupational Health and Safety graduates preferred.
Physically and mentally healthy.
Minimum 4 years experience in the same field in a manufacturing company.
Have an AK3U certificate from the ministry and SIM A.
Familiar with HSE/K3L standards preferred (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OSHA 18001, SOP-JSAE, HIRADC, SMK3 Audit, K3 Statistics).
Familiar in inspections, audits, reporting, investigations, lifting & rigging, working at heights, confined spaces, basic electricity, heavy equipment and hot work.
Mastering computer, Microsoft Office, and document control.
Have good analytical skill.
Have the ability to create training material and conduct class presentation.
Have strong leadership skill, can work as a team or individual.
Good public speaking skill.
Able to speak English verbally and in writing.
Have a good attitude and personality.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

Ensure occupational health and safety rules are implemented by all employees.
Make training materials and provide education regarding occupational health and safety rules to all employees.
Carrying out and helping to make occupational health and safety programs.
Conduct safety patrols throughout the work area.
Make reports of violation findings, safety activities, etc.
Report work to the Safety Team Leader.
Carrying out other work related to occupational health and safety.
