- Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), company values, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
- Developing and refining HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Managing 360‑degree feedback, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction.
- Leading training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Overseeing compensation, benefits, and well‑being programs to support employee welfare.
- Managing HR operations, including employee data, documentation, and analytics for strategic decisions.
- Implementing retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen long‑term engagement.
