Job Description:
  • Leading talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier candidates aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Streamlining end‑to‑end recruitment processes—from workforce planning, sourcing, and interviewing, to onboarding—to ensure a seamless candidate experience and optimal hiring outcomes.
  • Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), company values, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
  • Developing and refining HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Managing 360‑degree feedback, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction.
  • Leading training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
  • Overseeing compensation, benefits, and well‑being programs to support employee welfare.
  • Managing HR operations, including employee data, documentation, and analytics for strategic decisions.
  • Implementing retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen long‑term engagement.
