Responsibilities
- Manage overall progress pipelines of account (customer)/sales forecast and mantain ptofit margins;
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs;
- Strategize and develop effective business plans to achieve targets;
- Identify the opportunities and are able to close, by collaboration with the solution & project team;
- Mantain sales margin in order to deliver value proposition to customer;
- Creating demand, BOQ, and presenting to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree or Master Degree will have plus points;
- Have strong customer base in FSI/Retail/FMCG/Government/Commerce;
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in business development or sales (Account Management) with a strong track record of Business Development Success and Salary Delivery;
- Have strong analyticals, communication, and negotiation skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
- Familiar with the latest technology, Startups, and Artificial Intelligence.
