HR Officer

As an HR Officer – Human Resources Development at PT Esmalglass Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving employee growth, engagement, and performance. You will design and implement programs that develop talent, foster a positive organizational culture, and ensure alignment with company values and strategic goals. This full-time role is based in South Cikarang and is ideal for proactive, organized, and people-oriented professionals.

• Design and implement training and development programs according to identified skill gaps and strategic goals
• Support onboarding, career development, wellness, and leadership initiatives
• Maintain records and track outcomes of HR development programs

• Develop and lead talent identification and succession planning programs aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Support performance management, evaluations, and employee development initiatives
• Assist managers in coaching and talent optimization strategies

• Design and implement programs fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with company values and employee feedback
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives that support inclusion and diversity
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace well-being initiatives

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in various HR functions (recruitment, training, employee relations)

Technical Skills

• HRIS, ATS, and other HR software proficiency (e.g., Workday, ADP)
• Ability to analyze HR data, generate reports, and track key metrics
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
