Job Desc:
- Responsible for recruitment process; screening on Linkedin, Jobstreet, Dealls, etc.
- Schedule candidate interviews and provide feedback as needed.
- Coordinate daily with the Talent Acquisition Team and internal stakeholders.
- Assist the HR Team as needed and carry out other tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as filing documents and inputting employee data.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or final year student, majoring in Psychology, or Management.
Experience as a HR intern or recruitment intern is a plus.
Good communication skill, proactive, fast learner.
Eager to learn new things.
Committed to participating in a 3-months internship program.
Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.
