Role Description
The Supervisor Merchandiser is a full-time on-site role located in Surakarta. The Supervisor Merchandiser will oversee the merchandising team to ensure product displays are appealing and effective. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, ensuring timely product delivery, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves training and supervising team members to enhance their performance and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Graduated diploma from any major
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in merchandising (development) position
- Has good knowledge about product development
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skill, great attitude and team player
- Excellent in excel and computer tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in the garment or retail industry is an advantage
