Requirements :

  • Associate degree from any major, preferably in Business Administration or related fields
  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Ability to work independently and team
  • Have a good Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking
  • Willing to place at West Jakarta (Semanan representative office)

Responsibility :

  • Provide administrative support to the sales department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
  • Assist in coordinating and managing customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Supporting Sales External to make sales and achieve the specified target
  • Maintaining good relationship with customer
