Requirements :
- Associate degree from any major, preferably in Business Administration or related fields
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Ability to work independently and team
- Have a good Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking
- Willing to place at West Jakarta (Semanan representative office)
Responsibility :
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
- Assist in coordinating and managing customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Supporting Sales External to make sales and achieve the specified target
