This role is essential in preparing accurate cost estimates, ensuring project competitiveness, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Role Summary
As a Site Operation Manager, you will oversee the execution of civil and architectural works on-site to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and time targets. You will ensure compliance with HSE standards, maintain progress documentation, and coordinate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and daily progress reports.
- Resolve site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid project delays.
- Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer in civil construction projects (infrastructure/building).
- Proficient in reading drawings and specifications; knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and safety regulations and sequencing.
- Skilled in scheduling tools such as MS Project (or equivalent); advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiar with SNI/AHSP standards, QC procedures, and field HSE implementation.
- Good leadership skill.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willing to be mobile and assigned to any project sites.
- Immediate availability to join our team in Palembang.
