Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of agents in the assigned region
- Establish and manage sales targets for agents in the region
- Monitor and evaluate agents' performance periodically, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the needs and potential of the market in the region, while adjusting plans based on data analysis and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Business/Marketing/Management/others
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in a related field (Sales & Marketing) or 4 (four) years of overall work experience
- Possesses knowledge of insurance
- Demonstrates strong communication & presentation skills, high achievement orientation, data-driven, and result-oriented
- Capable of building an extensive network
- Proficient in the field of marketing
- Capable of working effectively both in a team and independently
