Naganaya Indonesia is a leading professional trade exhibition and conference organizer based in Indonesia. Responsibilities:

  • Sell exhibition booth spaces and acquire new exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including booth exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Develop new business opportunities for events, ensuring that the event's brand image is consistently upheld.
  • Oversee tracking and promotion of the end-to-end service process for exhibition customers and develop resources for professional exhibition visitors.
  • Expand and maintain relationships with sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to meet exhibition targets.
  • Ensure high satisfaction levels among all exhibition stakeholders, including sponsors, exhibitors, and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of sales experience with a "Sales Hunter" mindset (Fresh graduates with MICE-related experience are welcome to apply)
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an exhibition or event management company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with at least one CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, etc.).
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following industries is an advantage: Investment, Crypto, Travel, Umroh & Hajj Travel provider,
