This position is responsible for designing effective learning programs and delivering engaging training sessions to enhance participant skills as well as development.

Responsibilities:

·       Design and develop interactive training modules according to company needs

·       Facilitate training sessions (online and offline) using engaging approaches such as gamification, role-playing, case studies, group discussions, and simulations

·       Evaluate training outcomes and provide feedback and reports on participant development

·       Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop impactful and relevant learning strategies

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or another relevant field

·       Minimum of two years of experience as a facilitator or trainer, particularly in vocational training

·       Possess effective communication skills and the ability to deliver material in an engaging, varied, and interactive manner

·       Adapt your communication style to the needs of your training participants

·       Possess an enthusiastic, energetic personality and the ability to create a comfortable and enjoyable learning environment

·       Possess coaching and mentoring skills, as well as empathy for your participants

·       Possess training certification (preferred) such as Train of Trainer from BNSP

· Good communication in English
