Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Surabaya for a Sugar Engineering Apprentice. The apprentice will assist with engineering projects related to the manufacturing and operation of various engineering products for the sugar industry. Duties include contributing to mechanical and manufacturing designs, analyzing operational processes, and collaborating with various teams on project management tasks. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates eager to gain real-world engineering experience in the sugar production sector.
Qualifications
- Strong Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering skills
- Proficiency in communication and teamwork to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for process improvements
- Project Management abilities to plan and execute engineering tasks efficiently
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields
