Human Resource Manager
to lead our HR strategies and ensure a strong, motivated, and high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values and local regulations.
  • Lead the full cycle of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with the finance team.
  • Oversee compliance with labour laws and health & safety standards.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to improve employee retention and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of HR management experience
    , preferably in
    entertainment, hospitality, or service industries
    .
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
