Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage maintenance plans, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Develop and manage major shutdown projects
  • Generate the maintenance performance report
  • Coordinate work schedules, resources, and tools to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders based on criticality and urgency.
  • Oversee the engineering store and ensure accurate tracking of spare parts and consumables.
  • Ensure all maintenance plans and engineering store operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain proper reporting and documentation for inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (low voltage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning and store management.
  • Maintenance management system, Project management system and asset management system Proficiency in M/S Office.
  • Ability to plan major shutdown project.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
  • Data analysis and report writing skills. Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously.
  • TPM, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and inventory optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
