Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance plans, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop and manage major shutdown projects
- Generate the maintenance performance report
- Coordinate work schedules, resources, and tools to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders based on criticality and urgency.
- Oversee the engineering store and ensure accurate tracking of spare parts and consumables.
- Ensure all maintenance plans and engineering store operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper reporting and documentation for inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (low voltage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning and store management.
- Maintenance management system, Project management system and asset management system Proficiency in M/S Office.
- Ability to plan major shutdown project.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
- Data analysis and report writing skills. Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance.
- Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously.
- TPM, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and inventory optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
