The ideal candidate will also have skills in design and social media management to help promote our services and engage with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Design promotional materials, flyers, and other visual content for workshop events.
  • Manage and update the company's social media accounts, creating engaging posts and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations to enhance our online presence.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
