Job Purpose

The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial activities for a P2P lending platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., OJK), maintaining financial health, and supporting strategic business growth. The role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, funding, internal controls, and collaboration with auditors, regulators, and investors.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
  • Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and unit economics of P2P operations (e.g., funding disbursement, TWP90, return rates).
  • Provide financial models and business case analysis for strategic initiatives (new funding, product development, investor projections).

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, POJK 40/2024, SEOJK 19/2025, and AFPI financial guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports required by OJK, tax authorities, and external auditors (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of records related to equity, paid-up capital, and financial health metrics (e.g., TWP90, 5% outstanding limits).

Accounting Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and closing processes in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
  • Manage asset depreciation, accruals, tax planning (PPh, VAT), and monthly reconciliations.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and reserve levels.
  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment gateways.
  • Oversee fund movement between escrow, virtual accounts, and operational accounts.

Investor & Stakeholder Support

  • Support due diligence processes for investor onboarding, M&A, and equity injections.
  • Provide accurate financial data, cap tables, share registers, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal and corporate secretarial teams to ensure data consistency.

Audit & Risk Management

  • Liaise with external and internal auditors during financial and regulatory audits.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial SOPs, and anti-fraud mechanisms.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks in lending operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, or CFA is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian P2P lending regulations and financial compliance.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
