PT PUTRA MANDIRI JEMBAR Tbk, one of Mitsubishi Group Company is seeking HR Supervisor (OD, Learning & Talent Management) to join our team in Jakarta. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for Strategic HR including Organizational Development, Employee Development, Performance Management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and propose organization intervention in HR based on organization gap analysis.
- Develop and update competency models aligned with business needs.
- Implement competency assessment.
- Plan and execute training programs based on skill gap analysis.
- Manage performance appraisal.
- Manage company talent management & succession planning.
- Manage employee engagement activities.
- Analyze HR data and recommend improvement actions.
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR activity with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology or any related major.
- Having experience working in HR minimum 3 years.
- Understand cycle of HR especially in HR Strategic including Organization Development, Employee development, Performance Management.
- Able to communicate in English.
