The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage multi-disciplinary EPCM projects including marine jetty construction, fuel storage tank farms, bulk-material conveyor systems, and industrial workshop construction. The role ensures that engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with SNI standards and EPCM contract requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
A. Project Leadership & Coordination
- Lead full EPCM project lifecycle: engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Develop and execute project plans, method statements, QA/QC, and HSE strategies.
- Supervise project teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
B. Jetty & Marine Works
- Oversee jetty construction including piling, deck works, fenders, dolphins, and marine logistics.
- Ensure compliance with coastal construction permits and marine safety standards.
C. Fuel Storage Tanks & Piping
- Manage construction of fuel storage tanks, foundations, bund walls, piping, firefighting, and instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with API 650/653, ASME, NFPA, SNI, and MIGAS regulations.
D. Conveyor Systems & Crushing Facilities
- Supervise installation of conveyor systems, transfer towers, pulleys, drives, rollers, and weighbridges.
- Coordinate QA/QC and delivery schedules with OEMs and fabrication workshops.
E. Workshop Construction
- Lead civil, structural, MEP, roofing, cladding, cranes installation, drainage, utilities & commissioning.
- Ensure complete and accurate as-built documentation.
F. Planning, Cost Control & Contracts
- Monitor progress vs S-Curve, manpower plan, procurement, and fabrication schedules.
- Review claims, variations, BOQs, cost forecasts, and contractual deliverables.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
G. Stakeholder & Client Relations
- Lead internal and external progress meetings.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and authorities.
H. HSE & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years EPCM/Construction experience with proven delivery of jetty, tank farm, conveyor, or workshop projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiar with SNI, API, AISC, ASME, FIDIC/GCC and construction documentation.
- Able to lead multinational teams and work in remote project sites.
- Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English preferred).
