Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of principles, methodologies, and best practices in simulator development for testing.
Minimum 7 years of experience as Programmer or equivalent role focusing on simulator development and testing for large-scale projects.
Preferably experienced in financial or precision-critical simulation systems.
Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Java, and familiarity with simulator frameworks/libraries.
Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job Description:

Serve as the technical lead expert for simulator development, testing, and maintenance in digital technology projects.
Conduct detailed design review and code review to ensure code quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Review and validate testing scenarios related to the simulator.
Identify and resolve technical issues involving simulator design, accuracy, and functionality.
Collaborate with developers to define simulator strategies and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Provide recommendations and feedback to project management for simulator-related improvements.
Support other related digital technology development tasks involving simulator testing and maintenance.
