Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Manager to oversee all Human Resources functions within our F&B company. This position is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, covering recruitment, employee development, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role for at least 3–5 years, preferably in the F&B or industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail in execution.
- Ability to work with deadlines, manage priorities, and make sound decisions.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and related regulations.
- Proactive, problem solver, and highly committed with strong integrity.
