Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with QC7 (Seven Basic Quality Tools), such as Cause-and-Effect Diagrams, Control Charts, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Scatter Diagram, Check Sheets, and Flowcharts.
Strong ability to analyze and evaluate test result data, identifying trends, anomalies, and correlations to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using quality measurement tools and software, such as statistical analysis tools or specialized testing software.
Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Certifications in quality management systems like ISO 9001 or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) are highly desirable are preffered.
