Job Purpose: Implement effective and efficient general affair operation
Job Description:
- Coordinate General Affairs operation, including facility management, security management, and others GA operation
- Ensure timely and accurate office supply management (stationary, uniform, office furniture, etc.) for all departments
- Manage and renew company licenses and permits required for operation
- Facilitate the application and renewal process for import licenses, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
- Coordinate expatriate permits and related documentation, collaborating with relevant authorities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve general affair issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all general affair activities
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's (S1) degree majoring in Law, Civil Engineering, or related field with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affair preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures related to company licensing, import licensing, and expatriate permits
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.
