- Follow up to prospect client and collecting information to assist the project team.
- Monitoring decision of quotations sent to the client, support respond promptly to customer requirements and provide feedback quotations.
- Be responsible for coordinating and promoting the smooth execution of the entire project process.
- Address customer complaints and overdue payments in a timely manner, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among relevant functions.
- Update the Project Progress List of customer to Management in realtime.
- Update the Data Base of customer.
Preparing Content for Company's Social Media.
Bachelor's Degree in any Majors.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin (Spoken, Written, and Read) are essential.
- Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a Marketing Project Interior or as a Mandarin Translator.
- Proficient in using office software: Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Able to manage & maintain Company's Social Media
- Interest in working in the Sales & Marketing Field.
- Willingness to travel on business trip.
- Possesses team - working skills and handle multitasking.
- Possession of a valid SIM A and / or SIM C (driver's licenses) is preferred.
